Product appearance: Blue color pellets
Application: SM412(SM412-SC) is a masterbatch for blue CPP, blue BOPP films, based on a film grade PP and which contains blue organic pigments.
1) Slight and soft color for films, good fluidity and finely dispersed,heat-resistant at high temperature processing up to 260℃.
2)Good harmonious effect for transparent and white films.

Guidelines for use:
1)The recommendation letdown ratio of SM412 (SM412-SC) is 0.2~1.0% added in the single layer slight blue PP films,otherwise 0.2~1.0% is in the skin layer of three-layer co-extruded films.Please pay attention to harmonizing the color shading at the two side of the films.
2) Purchasers should make their own tests to determine the suitability of product for their particular purposes.
Note: Because SM412 (SM412-SC) can paste to the machine ,stain must to be cleaned completely before transferring to producing other products.
Packaging: SM412 (SM412-SC) is packed in 25kg bags.
Storage: Store cool and dry protected from sunlight. The recommendation shelf life time is within 12 months.
